We completely understand that paying for return shipping is frustrating when an item doesn't work out or if an incorrect item was ordered. To keep our overall product prices as low as possible for everyone, our standard return policy states that customers cover return shipping costs for items ordered by mistake. We cover return shipping if we accidentally shipped the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. When a customer elects to return an item in this situation, we do offer the option to purchase a discounted return label from us, or you can purchase your own return label. If you elect to purchase a return label on your own, we ask that you please contact us and share the return tracking number with us so there are no delays in refunding you. Hello Len, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanMuscle. We would like to apologize for the delays in receiving the Polished Header Plate Front Extension Kit. We work hard to have items shipped to our customers in a timely manner, and we fell short of our goal, and more importantly your expectations with this order. We were working on having this item shipped from our warehouse, but we were unable to fulfill it from the warehouse, so we reached out to the manufacturer to ask them to ship the order to you. Once we submitted the order, they shared that the item is looking to ship at the end of June, beginning of July. We can understand your frustration with this experience. Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanMuscle account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 9/30/2026.
