Great product and incredibly fast delivery! I received my bag within 4 days (from Bali) and I live in the UK. I had to pay £18 import tax, but I was aware of that. The bag is lovely, exactly as shown on the photos. I'm a very happy customer.

I guess I did not realize my purchase was being shipped all the way from Bali. It was a purchase for my daughters 21 birthday. She loves original artisan products. It arrived to Toledo, Ohio in only a shipment bag and I was so concerned with all of the international shipping the bag could be damaged but to my amazement the bag was perfectly in tact. The quality of this bag is beautiful and the details are stunning. I would highly recommend.

I haven’t received the bag yet but i am being charged “clearance fees” to Canada which happen to be almost the same exact amount as the bag itself! Very disappointed. NEVER ordering again. No wonder you didn’t charge for shipping.
