Very dissapointed that the cost of shipping and lack of cancellation!
Very dissapointed that the cost of shipping wasnt made clear at the time of purchase. The information banner at the bottom of the page that says "Free Shipping to the US and many other countries" is very miss leading! I just recieved a notification from currier that I now owe more money on top what was paid.
There is no way to cancel the order until you recieve it. This is completly unaccepectable customer service!
How is it possible for a company to see a product and than have no way to cancel an order?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE!!!!!!

Hello Teri,
Thank you for sharing your review and we are really sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience.
Let us clarify this situation - Duty fees and taxes charged by the customs in your country are not connected to the shipping fee (we offer free shipping to Canada). These charges are regulated by the customs and we have no control over it. We do mention about taxes/duty fees in the FAQ and Order Confirmation. It's very unfortunate to see that you have missed this information.
You could cancel your order while it's being processed, however after shipping it with DHL Express we are unable to stop it.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will be happy to come up with a solution that works for you.
Best wishes,
Amerii Team
Easy to use the website, great images of the products with lots visible details!
Hopefully, once the products I ordered are delivered, will be even better in person.

I am from Mexico and I dared to place an order. And I must admit that although I ventured to buy it during this pandemic, and from one end of the world to the other, I do not regret it. First the attention via mail, and via messenger, is very fast and accurate. Two, the shipment was incredibly fast, it arrived a week earlier than requested, yes, even with the covid-19. DHL tracking was up to date day by day. And although in other reviews I had read that they may collect taxes and remittances, to me, who applied from Chihuahua Mexico, they did not charge me anything more. Maybe $ 200.00 (8 dlls) more for the shipping but that was for the change of dollar. Third, pay with Paypal so trust at all times, and it was nice to have that security. Finally fourth, the bags are incredible and beautiful, yes, they are small and delicate, but they are exactly for delicate not rough use, and they are really Indian rattan. The clasps work correctly and do not open due to the weight, and if they are small, but I think that if they came bigger, they would be disproportionate. The way they come packaged I did not like, they come inside a cloth bag and in turn in a plastic bag from DHL, but surprisingly they were not mistreated.
In summary, I loved shopping with you, the experience was satisfactory and I will wait soon to buy more. THANKS AMERII.
