This company is a scam! Is not up front about import taxes, had to pay 50% extra again for the bag! They claim a 'small number of orders' are subject to taxes...thats basically any order for the UK or any reputable country!!! All they want is your money and refuse to help once they have it.

Import taxes are being regulated by the customs in your country and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. You can always contact your local customs office for further information. However, if the customs/duties charge is high we always look into it at our end and provide a solution.

I ordered a rattan bag and the hardware on it is crooked! Also, it has many sharp pieces of the rattan sticking out and poking your hands/body and snagging your clothes! Also, they ship it in flimsy packaging which allows it to get smashed! I have been in contact with Marina via email. I sent her pictures of how crooked it is and pointed out the sharp pieces of rattan sticking out. One of her options was to send it back for a new one but, I pay shipping ( Over $20.00)!! The other options were going to cost me additional money for a new one. Why would I order another one?? I just emailed her to request a manager/supervisor to call me. Yes, this is a hand made purse but, It is so crooked that I'm embarrassed to carry it. I am out $55!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I see that there are many cute rattan purses on Amazon, I should've gotten one of those! This is a SCAM! I bet these purses aren't even made in Bali!! They sucker you into thinking that your helping people over there. These purses are sent from Florida! Oh, and there's not a phone number to call them! I will be contacting Instagram where I first saw their ad. Yea, I'm ...... off, you guessed it!

Ordered a bag June 1st still waiting for it. Contacted the company 2x to no avail. Finally received a message yesterday that read “ last week was a national holiday in Bali.” The last holiday in Bali was May 1st! No one shuts down a company for a week! This bag store is a scam! Do not order from them!

From June 4th Muslims across the world celebrated Eid al-Fitr and this affected the regular workflow of processing and shipping the orders. The shipping company was not operating on these days and even the shipped packages were being held in customs.

This company sucks!! DO NOT BUY. The bag they sent me is not like the picture!! Not even same color. They want ME to pay for return!!!! Bags are super cheap looking. I hope they go out of business. Go to amazon and find better bags for much cheaper

Do not order from this company! My bag arrived with the clasp opening not centered but almost an inch off. Looked ridiculous and I will never use it. Have been back and forth with customer service and they say they do not pay for any return shipping even for defective items! Why should I pay for their poor quality control? Protesting it on my credit card to see what happens

We would just like to clarify this situation - our bags are handcrafted by local Balinese Artisans and consequently, every bag is entirely unique and will not have the factory-made impeccability. However, if the item is defective/damaged we do take the responsibility and offer a free replacement.
Once the item doesn't qualify for customer's quality demands we are happy to have it returned for an exchange/refund. We have it all clearly stated in our Return Policy.

Not worth the price at all! The bag is cute but it is cheap and the button on the clasp was scratched. Also had a $35 CAD duty charge on my bag. This was not clearly marked anywhere. In the end, I paid $100 CAD even after the $35 discount. Not worth it!!!!

Defective Bag and Customer Service Nonexistent
Received a defective purse (for $80) with a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the inside. Contacted customer service as they say they will do an exchange for defective merchandise on their policies page, but I was told the bag did not qualify for an exchange (it was purchased a few months ago but used only a handful of times so far due to it being a summer bag).
I wrote a review of that specific bag on their website and it never showed up on the page, they must have a screening process for which reviews are posted on their site. Seems like if this screening process is needed I can't be the only one unhappy with the quality.

I bought a bag from the website and paid $7 delivery charge. I then get an message from the delivery company saying I owed £24 importation. My bag was £50! When I questioned Amerii, they told me that there was nothing they could do, this was normal for companies to do. They refused to refund me or assist me in any way. Not a reputable company.
