I was told I would receive a 30% discount for signing up, when it came time to check out it said I would not need a code to receive my discount. I finished checking out and never received a discount, I paid full price. It was very misleading.

I used to have a rattan/wicker bag years ago and was so very happy to see these are back in style. Mine; fell apart after years of use. I also like to buy products where the individuals or collective receive some of the money and not all the retailers and middle men.

I am extremely happy with my purchases! They arrived a week earlier than the expected delivery date, as well as in perfect condition. I went for the bundle deal and bought 2 purses[The Luna and Aurora] I have been wanting to purchase the round Luna bag for over a year and am so glad I finally did! It is made very well and although it had a slight smokey smell it wasn't bothersome at all and has already dissipated quite a bit. Overall fantastic purchase, but the duties and taxes made it a bit cringey. Be prepared to pay around $170 totally after duties and taxes are added on. But I am still very happy with my purchase!

Checkout displayed the acceptance of Amex but when I attempted to use my Amex I received messaging that indicated this site was not set up to accept that card type. I had to switch to my Visa but almost just closed my browser as I dislike this type of bait and switch nonsense that you see on sketchy sites.

Never got a bag I paid for. I ordered $211 worth of products from them. I didn’t get one bag that costs $39. It is now February 2020. I have made the request since September 2019 that they either refund me for that bag or send me the bag. Even though all this time has passed they said they need the shipment paper to help I don’t even have it anymore. I regret giving this company any of my money.

Once we get a confirmation that all the items have been successfully shipped we have to request the photo of the shipping slip attached to the package to check it further with the shipping company. I love my purchase of the Luna bag! I was super skeptical at first but the product arrived in less than a week and looks just like the images on the website - super adorable. The bag also came in a nice dust-bag so I can store it in my closet when I'm not wearing it. I showed a friend and she loved it so much, I ended up buying the "Uluwatu bundle" so I can give the bags to my girlfriends as birthday gifts.

My bag got damaged bag After wearing it just once!! They requested pictures so I sent pictures. Then they said I needed to reply to “Maria’s” email and send the pictures to Maria. The solution she gave me was to choose another bag, but I was so disappointed of the quality that I just wanted to return the vag and her the Money back. But NO cooperation at all. Now I threw away the bag, such a waste of money.
