Very good quality I am very satisfied with my purchase

It took more than a week due to Covid-19 to receive my bag in Japan, which made me feel anticipated more than before. The quality is superb (that's why they are more expensive) and it feels good to know the money goes to the artist in Indonesia as well. It must have been hard for them to find money in the midst of the pandemic. What I wanna say is please support a brand like this more than the fast fashion company with mass production. I have no regret of purchasing this beautiful handmade bag. Many people commented about the smell, but my bag comes with a nice scent actually it is like somebody sprayed a perfume over my bag. The size is actually bigger than I thought, spacious.

Recently took a trip to Thailand and saw bags very similar to the ones Amerii offer. I regretted NOT purchasing the bags in Thailand but was super excited that I could purchase them with Amerii. The bags are super cute, stylish and durable. I had ordered three. Two as gifts and the other for myself. Only two were delivered and I was disappointed because the one missing was the one for myself. I contacted the company and Hristina responded quickly. We corresponded a few times and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Great customer service!! Better get your bag before they are gone!!!!

Good Afternoon, My Daughter who lives in HK had purchased a hand bag from Amerii and fell in love with it. When i saw it, i wanted one as well. I just ordered 2 bags and received them within 8 days of ordering. They arrived each wrapped in their own cloth bag and are stunning. The bags are beautifully made inside and out......Great Quality. Beautiful

Beautiful, quality bags. I bought my first rattan purse sometime early last year, and the integrity of it has not degraded one bit in all this time. Very durable. Just ordered a new small rattan purse and rattan backpack combo and I cannot WAIT to receive them.

Disappointing defect

Shipping was faster than expected and product is beautiful. Mine did arrive with a defect however - enough to make the bag extremely difficult to close. Disappointed.

Import duty and taxes

Hello dear team from Amerii. I want to take this opportunity to say that I am completely in love with your bags but also I am totally disappointed with your shipping service. I didn’t receive my summer sale order yet because I had to pay import duty and Taxes in top of my receipt. In the FAQs you talk about a small percentage. I had to pay more than 30€ on top of that and my delivery has been delayed a lot. I am so sad that I didn’t know how expensive it will get and I really hope that your customer service will improve. I am hopeful that I will receive my order soon but I would not recommend your online shop like this. I am just very disappointed with the procedure and it would have been good to know this in advance. I will still carry my bags with pleasure. Kind regards with love for your brand!

??? I still can't process what I feel LOL

I received my first purchase to the Philippines. There's some stray rattan fiber outside the bags (not as clean as in the pics), but I don't know if I'm trying to convince myself its alright, but I guess it's alright? It's just that I see so many cheaper versions everywhere, I don't know if this is white labeling or... but I guess I'm taking comfort in the fact that Amerii is the OG. I ordered another bundle to see if its the same with every product or if I had a bad first purchase. This is my first ever rattan bag from ANYWHERE so I don't have anything else to compare with. That's just my observation. I hope these bags don't unravel with the loose rattan fiber and all and the bags last a while. Update: I bought 3 bags. IT IS NOT AS HIGH QUALITY AS THEY CLAIM. - One of the bags I ordered cannot be closed as the loop is loose and there is no sort of support on the flap - Sloppy stitching on the straps - Sloppy stitching on tag inside the bag - Metal rings are chipping off - Not for everyday use because my other bag looks like it's about to break after only 4 uses Edit v2: They give you defective bags, you have to pay for shipping to send them back and be replaced. Don't waste your money. It is a hit or miss. All their solutions involve you shelling out more cash. So greedy. Cover additional expenses if the fault is on your end. That's what decent companies would do.
