Order placed 6 weeks ago and still not sent
Order was placed on the 11th of September, Even after multiple emails the item still has not been sent. My order says being prepared for shipping even today, 6 weeks on.

Order took multiple weeks to ship, support doesn’t respond
Do not order from AMVRshop.
Do not order from AMVRshop. I paid for my order and was promised it would ship on the 27th–28th. It's now the 4th, and it still hasn't been shipped. I've contacted support multiple times, and they simply ignore my messages: no explanation, no new date. They also refuse to issue a refund, so my money is frozen with no end date in sight. They took the payment, sent nothing, and won't communicate. Avoid this store.

I had an amazing experience shopping… I had an amazing experience shopping with AMVR! I purchased several items, and everything was fantastic. Placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and I have not received the item. No response to enquiries. What a joke of a service.
Great products
I bought the AMVR FC3 face cover in June, and the product had always been fantastic since I put it on my Quest 3. The AMVR face cover feels way more comfortable compared with those of other brands I have bought. I bought other products here and they were all impressive!
Customer service absent
I placed an order with AMVR on December 31. I was charged for the order but still haven’t received it. The issue is that I have been trying to get a hold of anyone from customer service for over a week. Their website chat bot always claims that customer support is closed and instructs to fill out a trouble ticket and someone will try to get back to you within 24 hours. I have filled out at least 4 trouble tickets. There is also a message form for customer support on their website. Every time I complete that form, requesting the tracking number for my order, the website says that the message was sent; but I have yet to hear back from them.
Battery pack for quest 3
I recently bought a 8000mah battery pack for my quest 3, i can confirm that’s a must-have since the vr itself will last only for 1.5/2h, with this external AMVR battery you can add an additional 2 hrs! Big shotout to the customer support, fast and precise!
