Ordered from Abernic and the item got lost in shipping the company has been of absolutely no use... Blame the US Postal service .....then says delivered. It was delivered to some parcel locker when I have a house. Local post office cant find it.... This is not my problem support your customers Abernic! Thanks for a poor experience I am out 83 dollars with nothing to show
Anbernic manufacture quality handheld gaming devices at a great price. There are a couple of things to be aware of before purchasing: The microSD cards that ship with some of their devices are low quality, and need to be replaced. The process is straightforward and Anbernic provide video tutorials to assist. Anbernic do not accept returns outside of Japan and the USA. In my experience from purchasing multiple devices, they are happy to provide replacement parts if required, and video tutorials to assist with installation. If a device is purchased from a reseller, they are under no obligation to cover warranty repairs - you need to contact the reseller. This is fairly standard practice, so I don't understand why people complain about it. They will sell spare parts if required, simply email them with a clear and concise request for the parts required.
Item not even received orders 20th January no email or nothing poor service
Avoid buying directly. Excessive shipping & taxes and terrible customer service. Purchase from Amazon or AliExpress instead.
I ordered a Anbernic RG35XX a month ago, the payment process was easy, I'm very satisfied with the product itself so far, it's of good production quality and the software and the games are running smoothly and without any problems. Shipment time took as long as they said on their part(DHL had on the other hand some nice ideas for a game of hide and seek across German packing stations).
If you don't buy from them, then all support you can get is smiley face : ). If you get foulty product and quality of this products is ekhmm not great there is 0 manufacturer guarantee in this scenario and yet they are reselling to other sellers that's not nice at all. : )
I purchased through Geekbuying, I contacted Anbernic for help on how to download emulators for this device, in response they told me that since I didn't buy it directly from them I will not receive any assistance. a really ugly and meaningless policy. What kind of publicity do they think I'll give them?
