😃 ❤️ WOW!! That is quite a compliment!

Thank you for loving our Espresso and Italian roast! 😀

We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying the freshness of our coffee. Fresh-roasted flavor is something we take great pride in, and it means a lot to know you can taste the difference. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to keeping your cup full of fresh, delicious coffee!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Donut Shop Blend did not meet your expectations. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. As outlined in our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending products back for a refund. Once the order is returned to our facility, we are happy to process the resolution requested. We appreciate you giving Angelino’s Coffee a try and value your feedback regarding the blend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Based on your description, it sounds like the flavoring may have been missing from the Chocolate Raspberry during production, which is certainly not the experience we want customers to have. We do see that a full refund has now been issued for the Chocolate Raspberry bag. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our products and processes. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
