After reviewing your account, your recent orders, and our previous email correspondence, we'd like to share what we found. Your last three orders were all shipped the same day they were placed. Each order was shipped through Amazon Shipping, and all three were delivered within five days. Our shipping system automatically selects the carrier that provides the best combination of speed and service for your delivery area. We can see that you were given the option to select a different carrier; however, Amazon Shipping was identified as the fastest available shipping method for your location. We also noted your request for UPS 3 Day service. While UPS does offer this shipping option, it is not currently a service that Angelino's Coffee offers. Unfortunately, our ordering system is not able to process this shipping method, even if you were willing to pay the additional cost. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly share your suggestion with our team as we continue evaluating future shipping options. Regarding your refund request, we understand your concern. At the time of your request, your order was already scheduled for delivery the following day. Per our policy, we are only able to issue a refund once the order has been returned to our facility. As soon as the returned package is received, we'll be happy to process your refund. Thank you for your understanding.
