Our unique customization process involves printing your chosen design onto leather, which is then cut and assembled into the final shoe. Typically, this process takes approximately 10 days. Therefore, we kindly ask that you factor in this production time when placing an order. During the peak Christmas season, the process may extend up to 15 days. If our existing designs do not meet your preferences, we offer a bespoke service where we create a design based on your specific requirements. I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers for my kids for Christmas (from Santa, as they requested) on the 6th of November.
I never received an email saying they had been shipped, or with any tracking information.
I emailed them multiple times since the 27th of Novemeber and have yet to receive a response. I spent €200 on these shoes which included insurance for lost/stolen/damaged goods.
To say i am appalled is an understatement.
Still have not received my order or got a response to my multiple emails.
Do not order from here as I feel it may be a scam!!!!
