We primarily specialize in custom sneakers at Astyle.Store's European division. Our unique customization process involves printing your chosen design onto leather, which is then cut and assembled into the final shoe. Typically, this process takes approximately 10 days. Therefore, we kindly ask that you factor in this production time when placing an order. During the peak Christmas season, the process may extend up to 15 days. If our existing designs do not meet your preferences, we offer a bespoke service where we create a design based on your specific requirements. We value your patronage and strive to meet your unique style needs.

I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers for my kids for Christmas (from Santa, as they requested) on the 6th of November.
I never received an email saying they had been shipped, or with any tracking information.
I emailed them multiple times since the 27th of Novemeber and have yet to receive a response. I spent €200 on these shoes which included insurance for lost/stolen/damaged goods.
To say i am appalled is an understatement.
Still have not received my order or got a response to my multiple emails.
Do not order from here as I feel it may be a scam!!!!
Poor customer service if they are a genuine company.
Anime fans' favorite! Not only does it provide unlimited creative designs, but the comfort of the shoes is also very high, which deserves a five-star praise.
