Based on that review, we did not identify any billing errors. The charges reflected the services provided and were assessed according to the plan and service agreement in place during your account. During the period of increased usage, our team made multiple attempts to contact you by phone and email, and we also spoke with you directly to review your concerns. Although we did not find any billing discrepancies, we extended a substantial courtesy credit as a gesture of goodwill and provided detailed usage records to help explain the charges.
