Very professional and the turn around time when requesting any information, quote or invoice is very quickly which is helpful because we work with PO#s and time is of the essence.
Apex was extremely easy to work with. They communicated via email, responded promptly and were clear in the process (what they needed, cost, when it would be ready, etc). They had the translation done quickly as this was an emergency request.

Apex Translations is always there when we need them! As a creative agency, we lack the internal resources of time to have our team translate our client blogs. I needed an expedited translation and had worked with Apex before, but never for an expedited job. The turnaround was amazing - easy, friendly, efficient, and the same professional end product as they have always delivered.
This is not the first time we have used Apex Translations. I have found their service 1) quick to respond to questions 2) clear and detailed responses that are easy to understand 3) offer the opportunity to modify some parts of the agreement if needed (such as due date) 4) high quality transcription and translation (it is checked on our end by bi-lingual staff, usually the persons who conducted the focus groups that were transcribed) and 5) notes from the transcriber about any difficulties in the process. All of these are really appreciated.
