The review took significantly longer than expected. I am not sure if this was a breakdown in communication or what, but it was our understanding from the time that we gave the green light it would be about a week and ended up being over a week until they started as we had to give a second green light.

We reviewed the timelines associated with this project and you are correct, there was indeed a delay of several days in the early phase of this project. This delay was caused by unforeseen circumstances but nevertheless, we should have done a much better job in minimizing the delay and equally important in alerting you of the delay.
