I returned my order to SHEIN over a year ago, and they received the item but never processed my refund. Their support now says the case “exceeded the time limit,” even though the delay was caused by their processing, not mine. This is unacceptable. I want: • My full refund, and • Compensation/store credit for the long delay. I have proof of return and all communication. Please resolve this immediately.
I used SHEIN for 200 $ E-gift vouchers for my sister's birthday. She never received the e-gift on her email. Of course, she checked spam and junk mail but there was nothing. I sent an email to SHEIN but no answer. The online customer service is based on robotic saved answers nothing was for not receiving an e-gift voucher and there is no number to call.
Up to date having placed 3 orders in total with Shein, I would say that they have all gone smoothly. Especially with my last order, it arrived much earlier than expected and all the items in my order were of good quality. Will definitely shop again!
