Dear Hrjr, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we couldn’t find any record of an order under your name (which does not appear to be a real name), and you haven’t contacted us directly. We also reached out to you via Trustpilot for more information, but we never received a response. Please note that we have a customer protection program and offer refunds or replacements for any lost, delayed, or damaged orders. Given the lack of response and the questionable name, we consider this review in question. If you wish to clarify, please contact us, and we’d be happy to assist.
