My first prints had shipping damage
My first prints had shipping damage. I reached out to Architeg Prints explaining the situation. They asked that I send pictures of the damaged prints. Once received, they issued new reprints immediately, and even upgraded the delivery service to help ensure the prints would arrive in good condition. They did arrive in pristine condition. Customer service at Architeg Prints is amazing! Will definitely order from them again and will recommend to everyone!

I had a good experience
I had a good experience! My canvas art pieces were ordered with a black floating frame. Canvas art quality came out great. No issues with delivery. Only “complaint” or downside is that the frames aren’t too durable. Had two fall off the hook onto a carpeted floor and it was still just enough to crack the frame. Thankfully the site does provide information on where to buy frames if a replacement is needed.

Shipping experience poor.
Shipping at $9 for a sheet of paper, domestically sent, is excessive. Having to wait 17 days from the date of order, for said paper (at high shipping rate) is unacceptable.

Hi Mike, Shipping costs are based on the package size and carrier rates, not only on the item material. Large-format posters require oversized packaging, and the $9 charge reflects USPS pricing. We do not profit from shipping. Our production and delivery timelines are stated in our shipping policy before checkout: posters are produced and shipped in queue within 2–5 business days, with delivery typically taking about 5–9 additional days. We understand the frustration, but we are a small print shop, not Amazon with same-day delivery or our own logistics network. Once an order is handed to the carrier, final delivery speed is outside our control.

I had a good experience with this company. Ordering was simple. Shipping was appropriate and none of the products came damaged. Products were a good quality and the color, material, and imaging met expectations. Price is a little costly but not horrible.
Poster came quickly and look great!
Late, kind of grainy, scuffed
The poster took about 14 days to get here. I had to contact support for my shipment after about 10 days. It wasn't until I had to ask that any confirmation of my shipment was given to me. Even though I didn't get a response the fact that some sort of action took place is a plus. The image itself is grainy. The poster itself has creases. Not like creasing caused by rolling/shipment process, but like someone aggressively grabbed it. The only plus is that the paper itself is really good quality. For the price I paid, I think it should have been at least of better quality image wise and not so scuffed up/creased.

Too much blur
One print came out okay with some blur, but the second print had a lot of blur and is not up to standard. For the price you figure both prints would've been much better. Also, it took 11 business days for this order.
Top quality + Top customer service
Aside from the quality of the posters, which is flawless, I'm also really pleased with the customer service : I had an issue on behalf of the postal service, but they fixed it immediately
Packaged very well
Packaged very well. Outer box had punctures and impact damage. The items don't appear to have suffered any damage. Kudos to the way they were secured.
Very poor resolution
Very poor resolution. Especially on a large poster, you shouldnt be seeing pixels...

(Original review)The package did not resist impact damage which resulted in the posters getting irreversible creases. Suggest you use rigid tubes for shipping. Had they not arrived damaged a better rating would’ve been given. (Update below) I just wanted to add, before much more time goes by, that a representative from Architeg Prints immediately reached out to me after learning of the damage in shipping issue. This company clearly cares about providing quality customer service and products. They are good communicators and have been very helpful and responsive. New posters have been shipped without any cost, and I'm very pleased with the way they've gone about rectifying the issue. I will use them again.
