如果您需要必须定期补充的药物，我强烈建议您到其他地方寻求治疗。 本次审查特别涉及处方补充管理和 Arthur 医生办公室工作人员的沟通，依赖持续药物治疗的患者应该注意这一点。 我在 2 月 23 日要求重新配药，但从未被叫来。2 月 27 日，亚瑟医生联系我，说我需要再次就诊，然后才能开出另一份全月处方，但同时他会要求 15 天的供应。 我在 3/12 预约了专门的药物补充，但截至 3/16 补充仍然没有发送到药房。 在此期间，我多次致电办公室并直接与前台交谈，但没有人能够明确答复何时真正发送处方。 17天前开出的15天临时处方现在已经用完了，我完全没有药了。 不幸的是，这并不是一次性的错误。这种情况几乎每个月都会发生。每次我要求补充药物时，都需要反复打电话和跟进才能完成任何事情，这常常让我只剩下最后一剂药物或完全没有药物了。 管理常规处方是任何医疗实践的基本责任，像这样的反复延误会给那些只是想遵循规定的治疗计划的患者带来不必要的护理中断。 我已经将此问题上报给诊所管理部门，但尚未收到回复。一再的延误和缺乏后续行动反映了补充过程和患者沟通的严重崩溃。
