Don’t even consider purchasing from Artsweary, I’m annoyed that I didn’t research first and check the reviews. I’m appalled by the dresses I stupidly ordered. When I scrolled down for details I thought the dresses were made of cotton or a mix, instead they are made from polyester fabric which does not breathe and takes a long time to break down when discarded. The dresses are also shapeless with no darts and look nothing like what appears on the model.

Wish I would have looked for reviews BEFORE I ordered. This company is nothing but fraud! Just like all the others, items received were not even close to the pictures or descriptions on website. "Woven fabric" and "knitted" turned out to be a quick print on top of cheap nylon. I will not wear any of the items I bought! So frustrated
Absolute rubbish. Not an embroidery stich in sight. Shapeless piece of dyed fabric that resembles nothing like the dress that was advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I always pay with PayPal and received a full refund by filling in their complaints form.

They don't deserve a one star review! I am so angry and annoyed with this company! They are located in China and they are falsely advertising their clothing! I ordered a beautiful shirt with rose appliqués on it. It looks so beautiful in the photos they use. Made of light linen fabric. What I received was a hideous polyester T-shirt with a blurry print of roses. So ugly I couldn't believe it! They are liars and what they are doing is illegal! They told me at customer service that the return process was "cumbersome"! Unbelievable! Do not buy anything from this company! You will not receive what you actually ordered!
This company is a complete fraud. I ordered five gorgeous, highly embellished sweatshirts. (Embroidery, crochet knitting, cotton, raised flowers, bead work etc) $150.
What I received, were five hideous, non-breathable, shiny, polyester screen print shirts. Just the feel of the fabric made my skin crawl. I wouldn't be caught dead in this crap. The homeless wouldn't even wear this. They are beyond hideous and complete 180 of the items advertised online. I'm sure those tops are legit but Omg, someone, please tell me who actually sells them. I seriously wanted the ones shown on that website.

They offered me a 20% coupon on my next order instead of my $150 refund. They don't stand behind their products and they want me to spend the $53 it will take to ship it back to them (it turns out that they are in China). My shipping label shows it was shipped from Chicago. Apparently, The items come from China, deliver to Chicago and they repackage it and ship from here in the country.

What went wrong this time....Well they need to be shut down for fraud, misleading advertising and 100 other crimes against humanity!!!!! Seriously has there ever been one person that has liked ARTSWEARY and its other 100 trading names. How can you advertise a product and supply items that as so different they are not even recognisable. And then when you contact them they say well give you 30% discount. If you gave me $1,000 I would wear this crap in public. Product order was 100% cotton, with embroidery, flowing even had a bit of style..and what I got was a nylon firehazard!! I would never recommend purchasing from Artsweary - their clothing is NOTHING even close to what is advertised . The customer service says 100% Guarantee yet they do not stand behind the merchandise . I am so disappointed and hope this place goes out of business!

If I could give them a big fat ZERO I would!! I ordered 2 shirts from them and received 2 items that were TRASH and absolutely nothing like what was pictured. I've sent countless emails and comparison photos without resolution. The say satisfaction guaranteed - flat out LIE. Do not, under any circumstances order from this site!!

The garment, was the worse piece of material I have ever had the misfortune to recieve. Nothing, absolutely nothing like the picture. To return it would cost £18.90 take 6 weeks and you still cannot guaraneee a refund if they say they never received it. They should be reported and not allowed to trade anymore

Main Issues:
1. False advertising: The actual products look nothing like the photos shown online. The colors, fit, and overall appearance were completely different from what was depicted.
2. Poor quality materials: The fabric feels cheap and flimsy, not at all what you'd expect based on the product descriptions and pricing.
3. Misleading product images: The styling and presentation in their photos must use completely different items or heavy photo editing, because what arrived was unrecognizable.
I cannot recommend Artsweary based on my experience. When online shopping, you expect some variation from photos, but this was beyond acceptable. The quality doesn't justify the price point, and the misleading imagery makes it feel like a bait-and-switch operation.
Seeking to return and get a refund is a nightmare.
I won't be ordering from them again.
