Items are nothing like the advertisement, customer service ignores emails. Trying to currently contact anyone who can issue a refund for all the items received with no success as yet. Horrible, Horrible, horrible customer service! Do not fall for their advertisements! You will be extremely disappointed if you buy anything

BUYER BEWARE!

One star, they do not even deserve this one star !!. The pictures of the products are so deceiving, what you get is not even close to what is being advertised...this is false advertisement. I have reported them to BBB & Consumer Affairs, because this is not correct or fair to us consumers...and try to get a refund, HAHA, it will not happen. This company knows good & well what they are doing and could care less. My bank was kind enough to reverse the transaction, but, buyer beware, they are doing false advertising and cheating everyone out of their hard earned money ! What you see as advertised is NOT what you get...there was not one thread of embroidery on the top I ordered, the design is a printed on design that looks NOTHING like what's being advertised...once again BUYER BEWARE, also, it took 15 days to get delivered..EVERYTHING about this order was a horrible experience.

Despite innumerable attempts to obtain a refund from this company they are now not even responding to my follow up enquiries regarding a refund. Twice they have told me that the refund has been processed-of chit has not. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE I URGE YOU NOT TO. INFERIOR PRODUCTS, NOT AS ADVERTISED. FRAUDULENT.

False advertising

False advertising. Item is not made in Tennessee as stated it comes fro China, item is not embroidered as stated, it is printed, item is not v- neck as stated, item is not linen blend as stated. Item is made very cheaply looks nothing like pictured. Have tried to return and get a refund- they do not reply. The package came from a warehouse in California (although tracking is from China)The shirt will be sent back to California warehouse,address on label and appropriate authorities will be notified. This company should not be able to sell fraudulent items on the US! and then charge them to ship the item back to China!!! That's outrageous

This product is FAKE. So disappointed! Blouses are NOTHING like they look like on website. It’s a RIPOFF. DO NOT ORDER!!

We empower our customers to lead the manufacture process by working on pre - order basis and while producing in line with demand we are able to reduce waste and offer reasonable prices by cutting waste - related loss. For us creating ethical items bring the sense of community and it is like quite protest against mass produced goods . We do not make things just to make money. The items are not just for profit. We make goods that involve years of learned skills, passion, commitment and sincerity. Is this a true statement? If so, why am I receiving emails from CHINA? I need this shirt by Friday. Your site also states that I could possibly receive this shirt this week - 3-6 days. Not from China.

The process to order was easy

The process to order was easy. I can’t wait to receive it hopefully in time for my granddaughter‘s wedding. The only thing I would’ve liked Lil jacket to be on the same page and not separate so you could just edit instead of going to look for it and then ordering it. Otherwise it was easy to order.

Not as advertised.

I have been in negotiations with this company regarding a refund of £55.64 pence for providing poor quality garments that bear little resemblance to those advertised. They have told me twice that a refund has been made-it hasn’t. They are now totally ignoring my communications. They are a scam company. Don’t buy from them.

It is a little early to give a review as I just placed the order. I prefer to give a review after a non eventful delivery and received all my order. The ordering process was easy and I enjoyed viewing all the beautiful items

I just simply want to thank everyone for the reviews you submitted about the false advertisement. I had close to $600 worth of merchandise in my cart and my daughter informed me that I better check the reviews and I did. Thanks again to all of you for your reviews which kept me from being scammed!!!

First time on this company's site. Just love the clothes. I only purchased one item to get an idea of sizing. I'll be ordering more I'm certain.

AVOID

Avoid this company. What they send to you is nothing like what you order based on the pictures they show. Its cheap, probably not even cotton, and a stamped design. Probably actually worth a dollar at most

It would have been helpful to see the dresses on plus sized models to get a better idea how they would fit me. Your 30 day return policy was my deciding factor to order. I ordered big to be safe. Everything was so gorgeous!
