Bought a fasttrack solution from them in Lagos, Nigeria which didn’t work at all, obviously the bribed the wrong employees and came up with a BS answer regsrding IT problems. Stay miles away from this BS company!

The passenger purchased a meet and assist service from us at Lagos for his arrival. When he landed the Nigerian immigration system was down, and due to this and to the flight arrival patterns, there were long lines in the arrivals area. Our agent's request to expedite his passport stamping (by using a special lane) was declined by the immigration officers.
A Mr Niclas Anders Persson was the passenger and he then sent a series vulgar messages to and about us.
For example he wrote to us:
1. "...I left a juicy feedback on thrustpilot (sic) regarding your BS company. I only have 110 employees and none of them will ever be allowed to use your shit company so fuck off!!! (sic)... and
2. "...He (the agent) couldn´t get me through the immigration because they rejected him and told him basically to sod off (sic)..."
3."....No problemem (sic), just refund the money..."
We were ready and willing to refund Mr Persson for the service problem he faced, even though the problem was not something that was caused by us or under our control. But before we could do so he wrote to us that we could "f*** off" and immediately posted his false and inaccurate Trustpilot review.
We genuinely sympathise that Mr Persson was tired, angry and disappointed after a long flight to face a local immigration system issue, and we understand that he felt the need to vent his frustration on-line.
However he did not need to use crude language and make serious and false allegations.

Bizarre interaction with their team member, Sam. Eventually resulted in me ‘being declined’ by them. Unsure if it was them, the airport, or me. $279 paid. Let’s see if I get the refund! Update. Having got a mail from the owner of the company, I am satisfied that it was the fault of the their subcontracted third-party. However, the service was still not delivered. I’ll upgrade the experience from one to three stars, given the sincerity and detail of the apology, and I will get to experience the full unassisted arrivals process at KTI tomorrow!

Asia FastTrack was very responsive, comparably if not better priced than other services. Their gate-to-hotel combined concierge and car service went very smoothly for guests arriving at PEK. They sent me the car and driver info in advance. They had great customer service throughout the process and accommodated the guests' late arrival.

We had a tight connection flying in from Uk on BA and had to clear immigration and collect bags before changing terminal to check in with Singapore Airlines . Gigi from Asia Fast track was absolutely brilliant in the way we just quickly sailed through all the way through to check in and boarding at the gate . Would strongly recommend this company who also had excellent communication throughout the booking process

What a great experience. Very well worth it. Judith met us as promised and whisked us through passport control and checking for a connecting flight. Our first flight was delayed so it was very tight and stressful. Judith made it simple and we were comfortably at our gate with plenty of time!

I booked with this company for my outbound flight, and the experience was excellent. The staff were professional, efficient, and very kind. Even though I only had a two-hour transit connection, the team welcomed me right at the aircraft door and managed to get me to my next gate in just 20 minutes!

I have used Asia Fast Track VIP Airport Meet And Greet assist several times this past year, for my daughter, who is a minor traveling locally and internationally. The last date being 8/8/25.
I have found the booking process, efficient and uncomplicated.
The booking team and on the ground support team are all friendly, very professional and not robotic, which is what I have found with other Meet and Greet services. They are responsive, and the team are quick on their feet to find solutions in case of any complication. On my daughter‘s last trip the airline changed her baggage handling and without being prompted the Asia Fast Track ground staff member managed the situation swiftly and very professionally.

I had no experience. I missed my connection in Dubai, because my emirates flight was 3 hours late. I send message that I will arrive about 10 hours later with the next flight. At arrival was nobody and I got a message that i lost what i paid.

Dear FPvB: You booked a meet and assist arrival in Phuket. Just a few hours before your flight arrived you send us a short e-mail saying that your flight "...is changed (fromEK378 at 12:00) to pickup time 20h Flight Ek396...". You did not give any reason why you wanted the change.
We replied quickly advising you that you this would be treated as a "no show" for your booked and confirmed service on EK378, and that unfortunately we had no staff available at the new time to help you on your new flight EK396. You replied "....It's good to know that when my flight is not possible because of an technical problem and a delay by emirates, you are not flexible. And leave a 75 old man with a walking stick alone..."
Firstly, when you booked you accepted our terms and conditions about "No Show". Secondly, as you stated on your booking that you were travelling in First Class, and as it was Emirates' delay which caused your inconvenience, we were sure that the EK staff at Phuket would give a delayed First Class passenger any special and extra assistance they might need for a delayed arrival.
I am sorry you were inconvenienced by the flight delay. Your one star rating should be linked to Emirates Airlines, as it was their flight delay into Dubai that caused your late arrival into Phuket.
I was nervous about arriving in a country where I don't speak the language after 20 hours of travel, at one of the world's busiest airports, but they made everything easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and effective everything was. Thank you!

I arranged two VIP services with Asia Fast Track for my client this year in March and April. Both services were fabulous. The representative actually brought something to my attention that the client would not be able to check in right away for his international flight after getting off the domestic one and assisted my client in securing a hotel room for a couple of hours.
