I rarely leave reviews, but Aspire truly deserves one. Opening a business banking account as a non-US founder can often be a frustrating and impersonal experience. With Aspire, it was the exact opposite. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, transparent, and remarkably human. What impressed me most was the level of support I received throughout the process. Every question was answered promptly, every request was handled professionally, and I always felt that there was a real team genuinely invested in helping my business succeed. A special thank you to Jeremy Mueller, my US Business Development Manager. Jeremy provided outstanding support, proactive follow-up, and a level of personal attention that is extremely rare in today's fintech and banking industry. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience exceptional. Cannot trust, stay away

The sales lady promised a 3% rebate on card spend. And then her manager counter offers 0.2%!!! Can't be trusted! On USD-USD remittances, they made a written offer of USD 8/transaction, and they back tracked again!

Great bank. And a good support team.

i will never use this bank if i were a bigger company

charging expensive transfer fee (5.5% you are even more evil than pawn shop), inconvenient transfer system

Great Service especially by Evelynn Its really easy to use as well, i really like it so far started using it a week ago and transfered almost all assets over from airwallex to save in money in fees

Wish I could give negative stars

Wish I could give negative stars! Card closed without any communication for absolutely no reason. Removed all card and account info off of account and still they attempted several times and are still trying to take money from me without any proof of debt! FRAUD with a capital F! Consumer beware!

Aspire's service is human-led

Aspire's service is human-led vs the other banks that have focused on AI led customer service. Enjoyable to see that some banks yet respect the human touchpoints.

Aspire has truly extraordinary customer service!

The company has great customer service. Always happy to help, responding quickly. They helped me many times with putting extraordinary effort, way beyond what a customer could expect. In one remarkable example, when it turned out that our account number is too long for important Google Banking Account form they have changed our account number to fit the number of allowed digits(!). On another occasion they have added manually our telephone number to Bank Statement to satisfy External verification requirements. This is really great effort to help their customer thrive in their business. Highly appreciated!

I tried to get my money back after they…

I tried to get my money back after they closed my account. It has been 40 days and the team has still refused to give an update on whether it is possible to transfer my money into a new account that i’ve created under the same company. Honestly, how is it so hard to get my funds transferred across verified accounts?

DO NOT BOTHER

We started our account opening process in February. The KYC was piecemeal and lengthy but we got there. In early April we transferred funds into our account, but they never showed up. It has been a month and still those funds are missing. The team tell us they are looking into it every 2 days. Do not bother with this bank. They're a mess.

Friendly with business starters

Overall the process has been straight forward, and friendly with small business owners who do not have many resources. It was a good surprise to discover the expense claim and invoice functions. What a practical tool for a business starter! Wang Bin from NexusValue Advisory.

Experience has been great

Experience has been great. There’s been times where it’s been frustrating. Like the new app has caused me to not send invoices but I do know that things will change because it’s a work in progress.
