I just received the Car Phone Mount and it's awesome! It's sturdy and soft with silicone so not to scratch your phone. It was easy to attach right to the air vent and I couldn't be happier! You can't beat the price either. I very highly recommend it! thank you, no more phone flying around while I'm driving. Audra, New Jersey
Ordered 2 blue switch keyboards, received them yesterday 12-4-19, they weren't the blue switch, they were red, so my wife had to spend an hour trying to return them, not too impressed,
My AUKEY powerbank stopped working about a week before the 2 year warranty expired. AUKEY agreed almost immediately to replace it. They said the replacement would take 3-5 days. It didn't arrive. After waiting for 3 weeks I contacted them again. They told me that they had sent another and it would take 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. It was purchased through Amazon but Amazon say they cannot help.
Purchased a KM-G9 keyboard. Their website wouldn't allow me to complete the registration of the product. I have now waited over three weeks for their "so-called" Support to assist me with the registration but they have ignored every single email to date - 9 in all. (No acknowledgement or anything) Keyboard is certainly well below the standard I expected from a "two-shot moulded" keyboard too. I am worse off after only three weeks than I was with my Cherry keyboard after two and a half years.
Caution: AukeyDirect aka Aukey-TMUS on Amazon will unfortunately NOT HONOR 24 MO WARRANTY!. Here is what happens: ~Deny you order number as valid ~Deny you bought directly trough them ~You email Invoice for proof of purchase, they send fake tracking # for replacement ~After a week or more of back & forth, they rinse & repeat the above process wasting time hoping you go away. Do not communicate w/ them off Amazon to ensure this unethical behavior is documented. They try to communicate "off-line" ~Amazon has to step in to offer u a refund. They protect this unethical seller.
Bought a powerbank which stopped working after less than 2 years. No problem I thought, there was a card in the box that said that the product came with a 2 year warranty. I contacted Aukey to replace it but they refused to honour their warranty because it was not bought on Amazon (even though the warranty does not specify that as a requirement). Not good at all. Avoid
Received Aukey Dimmable Warm White Light last week and used it for about a week and i am completely happy with this product. using this as my table lamp, which really help to read in night iwth with less light rather than using a big light and disturbing others. This lamp has reminder on the last brightness set , if i switch off with less bright, it turns off at same brigntness. Even if i set high brightness, it still not harsh on my eyes. light is cool and doesnt strain much. switching ON and OFF Is like cake walk, just a mild tap on the head is sufficient to turn on or off. To increase/decrease brightness it is enough to hold the lamp on side or press and hold on top that increast/decrease brightness. This also has indicator for max power less or Max power high to let us know it is maxed out. Lamp is 300 lumens which is sufficient to hold cool brightness for entire room. This is powerd by 6W, so no much power consumption. My kids also like to play with this lamp . This is a happy product for my entire Family. Would recommend if to any one who is considering this one.
This is the worst dash cam on the market, twice, got back to car and the m/f not even registers the bang , since day 1 yellow warning triangle permanently showing , tried resetting,and bought 3 sd cards. of course it fails why should i expect this piece of shix to not correct it , customer service at amazon fantastic but what good is that if you buy a bucket of shixx , that can't work or function as it should AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE BUY A TEN BOB JOB FROM EBXX, it would be better, getting your s d card out is near impossible,//// use tweezers, well ff/sake whats that about.. stupid piece of crap,even had fitted at a reputable firm , what a waste of money, just to justify such a bad and honest review i thought if i said i was on no 4 replacement unit, and each one was the same ,that might be better to persuade other buyers to avoid this make , and of course i ran out of hammers smashing it to bits, and didn't feel any pain for doing it , but would like to use a lot of f/jeffs but it would not be fair to your ear holes, Yes Au key you can consider yourselves a complete waste of space , do hope you go out of business, that would be the only satisfaction i could get from this, i have still got the rear view camera ,i think some petrol would be needed for this item , all the cables are still in my jam jar/car so proper fxxxxxx for now
Received an Aukey LED lamp (LT-T6) as an anonymous Christmas gift at work. As it happens, the wife also has an Aukey diffuser she bought on Amazon. My lamp, while cool when it worked, lasted only a good solid month before it petered out altogether. The wife’s diffuser also died after about three months because the DC adapter died. Contacting Aukey directly and through Amazon, they offered no sympathy for our situation whatsoever; with mine because I do not have (and cannot get) an order number, and hers because “this vendor does not offer warranty on this product.” Small wonder. Aukey is a great brand if office culture or protocol obliges you to buy a gift for someone you really can’t stand. You satisfy protocol, but they don’t enjoy their gift for more than a short time: Win-Win! The only downside is that Aukey’s cheaply made and unreliable products do not carry a correspondingly cheap price tag. It seems that sticking it to someone still comes at a price . . . C’est la vie!
