I love my Aukey car phone mount! It is very stable and secure over the bumpy roads I travel. Knowing right where my cell is, not having to search for it is worth a fortune but the mount is very reasonably priced. Thanks Aukey!
I brought a 10000mah Aukey PB-MS04 MagFusion Slim Magnetic Wireless Power from shopee. In less than 8 months of buying it, it become bloated while charging. I tried to get a warrenty claim but received no reply in disappointment. I don't recommend buying aukey brand. Instead, I recommend a similar 10000mah anker powerbank that I got at the same period, the Anker MagGo powerbank. It is still working fine to this time.
They say it is a German brand ,but thats a lie, it's typical China
I've had a good experience with the Aukey CB-C91 Link PD Pro USB-C hubs that I've used. I especially like the number and variety of ports available.

Just received some ear buds. The advert said they function for 7 hours. I use them for sleep hypnosis and at a maximum of two hours. Tonight it was less than two. The earfun ones had a problem with the right side, so reading a review elsewhere was confident these would be ok for the purpose. They aren't. I may as well have bought a two quid pair from a Chinese app. I'm awake, it's 5 am and I'm furious. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH. Save your money and buy a decent set.
Bought an Aukey charger and within a week it started acting faulty. A few months later it was completely dead. No response for 10 days from customer service, and then no resolution. Was basically told it's not their problem. Unbelievable from a large company. They should be investigated by the consumer court.

I bought the phone holder for my car the quality os preety decent and it is working well.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this transaction. The products were not as advertised. The shipping cost to return is more than the product worth. This was false advertising and a bad experience. Don't waste your money here.
Bought a power bank and it comes with a 2 year warranty. Used it for many months, closed to 1 year no issue . Near its 11th month , there was issue and I went down to the service centre to change for a working unit This power bank started to have issues again . Charged it to full . And whenever I try to charge my phone with it , it shows no battery . Contacted the customer service and they claimed that this is NORMAL . They said I have accidentally activated the HIBERNATION mode by PRESSING the power button for 20 seconds CONTINUOUSLY. How is this even possible when the power bank has been kept in a drawer before usage at times . This HIBERNATION MODE has occurred many times . Please also take note that I have never experienced hibernation mode in the first 11 months of using that power bank . But ever since they switch to a new/ refurbished unit , the power bank ALWAYS go into hibernation mode. According to the customer service agent, one of the way to deactivate this hibernation mode is to use another power bank to charge it up using the type C port . ( like seriously , I have to buy another power bank in order to use this power bank ???? ) Another way is to plug the power bank into a plug with electrical sockets ( huh ??? Like that I buy power bank for what ?? I need to bring my plugs and find an electric source to use this ???? ) OMG They should register for world Guinness book of record for best power bank in the world .
I purchased a as advertised knitted jumper and was sent a sweatshirt, with terrible celtic patterns and the patterns did not connect at the bottom seam. Contacted the company to gain a refund, was offer just money off vouchers for next order up to £30. Returned the email requesting address to return product and a refund. Three weeks later still waiting. Please don't purchase their clothing as they are not as advertised
Ordered items was told 14 days the 14 days went was advised a further 14 days still no delivery , when I check delivery status was advised been delivered , if it was it was not delivered to myself , check neighbours not delivered there checked the row in front not delivered there so contacted customer service and advised I have to wait in case it shows up well nearly 4 weeks later and contacted them on 2 occasions and still no refund , apparently only part of my order was sent so waiting on 1 more thing so I have advised to cancel that and just refund me my money no reply so I suppose I have just written off 80odd quid not happy at all
I purchased one of their highland sweaters. In the advert it looked a good quality item. What arrived was a cheap poor quality nylon/polyester shirt. It looks nothing like the advert. I am currently trying to return the item but they insist I pay postage, which I refuse to do. I will not be out of pocket because of their false advertising. Customer service is terrible. Steer well clear of this company.
Received what purportedly to be a Green highland cow knitted sweater. It is a cheap fabric top with a poor print of a cow in a field. Not worth the money will try and return it to the company.
I purchased the AUKEY LC-MC311 MagFusion Qi2 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station less than a year ago, and while it worked well initially, it quickly became unreliable. My watch barely charges, the speed is extremely slow, and worst of all, the charger emits a loud beeping sound as if it’s struggling to maintain a connection. The real issue, however, is Aukey’s complete lack of customer support. I’ve emailed them multiple times over three months regarding a warranty claim and have not received a single response. Not even an automated reply At this point, I’m left with a faulty product and no way to resolve it. If you’re considering an Aukey product, be aware that support is nonexistent. I’ll be looking elsewhere for reliable charging solutions. They claim a 2 year warranty, but what good is that if you can't use it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a power bank and within 24 hours, I charged it until the lights were full (3 hours, recommended anount) then within 1 hour the power bank exploded. Battery expanded and burst through the outer shell. Battery is roasting hot to touch. They wouldn't replace as it technically still works. This was in Jmall in Cebu, Philippines. Worst customer service and a dangerous product.
