Warranty? Don't make me laugh.

Bought one of their keyboards off Amazon. Keyboard itself is great. As the other reviewers say, impossible to register for warranty and neither they or Amazon are interested.

My product is under warranty. I’ve emailed them 10x over the last two months without a response. I’ve used their web form for contact multiple times without a response. I’ve called their listed number which goes straight to VM 3 times without a response. AVOID THEM!!!

I attempted to contact this company via email and phone. They never replied to emails and the phone is answered by a mailbox that is full. I have a usb c charger that died. I purchased the item from Amazon and it appears that they have been banned from Amazon. Another cheap Chinese company preying on their customers. Avoid this company!

Aukey dual motor adjustable standing desk

I was able to snag a good deal on an electric sit/stand desk and have been very happy with this purchase. Free shipping took less than 2 weeks, installation was very easy (I recommend watching their 3-minute YouTube video guide) and the desk itself is very sturdy. There's no creaks/noises/wobbly movements when I lean on the table during standing. I used to sit for 6-8 hours at a time everyday and eventually developed chronic low back pain. I now use this sit/stand desk along with an anti-fatigue standing mat to help decrease my low back pain.

They are scammers

They are scammers, period. They scam consumers by offering awesome discounts on relatively expensive products, then intentionally ship cheaper items (for me I got a 65w charger at $29.9, but what got delivered was a $13 piece of junk). Same happened to other reviewers. Tried contacting them through email multiple times, but no response yet. Tried calling them, but the number they provide only asks you to leave a message, and would not connect to an agent. Same goes for the live chat feature, which was never meant to work (try it yourself). They do their best to make their website look trustworthy and legit. Do not get fooled.

Affordable price, but quality needs to be improved

I have a PA-B1 type charger, the price is indeed cheap. From a convincing build quality, even better than competitors. But fell a little directly damaged.

Terrible quality products

Terrible quality products. I bought 2 iPhone “fast chargers” and both failed within just over a year but still within their warranty period. But because I bought them from Amazon Aukey would not fulfill their so called warranty. Amazon also refused to assist, only suggesting I contact Aukey. Aukey told me to contact Amazon (simply got the runaround). The quality of their product was terrible and their customer service even worse. My recommendation - Don’t buy their products. You will be very disappointed if you do.

The air fryer / toaster oven saga

I had purchased an air fryer oven through AMAZON. The unit starting failing and rusting from day one. First I was missing one of the accessories, I emailed the company and was told that they do not mail accessories and that they would credit my PayPal account for 10% in compensation. Needless to say that that never happened. Then, the light bulb inside the oven burnt (within a few days) I emailed them for a replacement bulb, same thing, no we cannot do anything about it ask for technical support from AMAZON! I went and bought replacement lights myself. Then the rust built up in the interior was impossible to remove. Then, the door started failing to close, until the hinge finally snapped internally and that was the end of this garbage toaster. I requested the company a replacement, and they say they cannot ship replacements. Then I asked for a refund and they say that they do not do refunds “to ask AMAZON for a refund” The email responses I received from this company of one (?) were unbelievable. I did complain to AMAZON. Of course all this was happening while we were still way within the period of the non-existent two-year warranty that the company claims to offer (and purposely chooses to ignore) and continues to claim as its website is still up.

Aukey is a joke

Aukey is a joke. Don’t ever buy anything from this website or this company. The customer service contact is only an email and they never ever reply in weeks or months, no phone number to contact, no alternative methods. They got the order wrong, reshipped the items but gave me another person’s order with all their personal information in the box… they are the worst company I’ve ever seen and interacted with.

Aukey banned from Amazon, not honoring warranty

Aukey was recently banned from Amazon.com due to fraudulent reviews. As a result, Aukey it not honoring the warranty of any of their products. They will lie and tell you a store about an "account balance at Amazon" that will pay off some portion of the cost of the device but that is simply untrue. I would avoid this company and all of their products unless you don't mind having any technical or warranty support.

I bought a power bank 3 weeks ago, received it within days then realized the power button is completely pressed down, making it non functional. I sent tons of emails to them with no response at all. They don't honour their warranty. They simply ignore emails but this is the only way to contact them. Do yourself a favor, don't buy from them. They are probably clearing out their inventories with deep discounts.

Zero UK customer service.

On my second set of Bluetooth earphones bought from the biggest online retailer around. First pair died and they were replaced by the vendor. Second pair died and now the responsibility lies with Aukey. Used the customer contact email address, no response. The last time I buy anything from this brand.

Aukey DR02-D & Customer Support

Purchased on Amazon UK, Camera failed rapidly (within 1 year of 2 year warranty). Was replaced under warranty, subsequent replacement failed again just outside of warranty. Company ignored my emails for request to access spare parts (happy to pay). Emails ignore for about 9 months and after a few chases I had a response as below: "Dear Customer, Your order is out of 24 months warranty. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Customer Service Team " Completely ignored follow up emails requesting spare parts purchase routes. Would not recommend and quite frankly absolutely delighted the brand has been removed from Amazon and now everyone sees it for what it really is. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Don’t purchase from this brand

Don’t purchase from this brand. Had a power bank that packed in during warranty period. No reply to emails so I am stuck with it. Avoid at all costs.

The worst company you can deal with. No customer support, products break down when you take it out from a box. Never ever consider buying any product unless you want to lose money

Aukey-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Aukey does NOT stand behind their "24 month warranty". I bought an Aukey wireless charger/night light and it quit working after 14 months. (I had bought it on Amazon.) I emailed Aukey support and they would not refund nor replace the defective charger and they told me to go through Amazon for my refund. I have bought several Aukey products in the past and all NEVER buy Aukey again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

After weeks still no answer or delivery! I ordered a lamp and got an email immediately, that they received my order. That was it. I should have read the reviews before :(

To date they haven’t honored or processed my warranty claim. Awful. Its equivalent to no warranty.
