Ordered a keyboard on August 28th and Aula hasn’t even shipped my item (Sep 3rd) 5 days and the mail carrier doesn’t have my item and giving no update on a purchase is unbelievable. Will not be buying from this company again 👎 (Currently editing this as of September 6th. Still no update on anything, save yourself from the scummy company)
So I had ordered a custom F75 keyboard. After I had a couple issues with the keycaps, their team was very informative and kept me up to date with my questions. Although there were some uncontrollable wait times, their team had shipped me free new keycaps, with pictures to make sure that they were right. The overall experience was worth the wait. The only thing I would say is make sure to email them any questions before you send your order off to be made, and make it extra clear what you want (for custom keyboards in specific).
