Well, the packaging was very poor, several filament boxes were crushed.
Also the box for the hotend was crushed
No damage to the goods.
Handling of e-shop and delivery time was perfect.
So delivery of my printer went well and everything seemed fine until there was an issue, my printer is 7 weeks old and im battling with the help people as they have said there is an issue with heat bed. Now someone has come back and said we need to see photos. I have already sent photos. I wish I never got this printer purely based on their help. You cant speak to anyone directly and this is frustrating. We researched and thought we were getting a decent printer. 7 weeks old and not being used as we are wasting filament and no help. Frustrated to say the least is an understatement
First time ordering from Bambu labs,i took advantage of the deals that are on at the moment and stocked up on filament at the great prices..not ordered a printer as yet but that will come.The service was fast and efficent no hesitation in going back.

The product is very good and in very good condition, even though i purchased it as refurbished. No signs of wear and tear. Also, the shipment was quite quick and the box was packaged very safely. I am very pleased with the product
I have an AMS, so my mate said it’s not worth printing off reels for other filaments. Well, guess what. He is RIGHT. The Bambu Labs Filament, is top notch stuff, AND it’s blooming cheaper than the stuff I was getting. And I have the added benefit of not having to manually tell the software what I stick in the AMS, It just reads the Rolls and away it goes. CRIKEY. It’s like magic.
