The ink is great it was good value for money, I probably misclicked or something because I was sent two filaments without a spool I don't recall ordering those and I just don't feel up to returning it.

H2C 3D printer

H2C 3D printer A brilliant brand, very innovative, with a lifetime warranty and excellent support. The major drawback, worth 1 star, is that the Hottend is NOT covered by the warranty for the entire machine, which is very strange and doesn’t make sense. The warranty should cover every component, except for wear and tear and natural ageing. In my case, the software/calibration made an error and caused 200 grams of plastic to stick to the hot end, resulting in chaos and the machine being out of action for four weeks. I had to replace everything myself, and if you’re not handy, you’ll have to outsource this at your own cost. Machien was 2 months old :-( That’s where the one-star difference lies: they support you very well with videos and explanations, but they don’t send a service engineer to you! One suggestion would be to hire qualified technicians and offer this service as part of an additional subscription. Bambu Lab should be able to work out the financials casuss for this, and if you really have confidence in what you’re designing, it shouldn’t cost the customer so much ;-)
