People are also highly impressed by the outstanding print quality, the wonderful software, and the generally reliable performance of the machines over time. Some reviewers were not happy with technical glitches, noting unexpected extruder malfunctions, annoying cutting errors, and hardware issues after brief periods of use. Others experienced occasional delivery delays, missing items, or carrier problems that caused considerable frustration when trying to receive their packages securely.

What people say

Overall, everything was good.

Overall, everything was good. The website was easy to use, and the process was straightforward. The only downside, in my opinion, was the delivery, which took longer than with most other websites. There was also no clear indication of the expected delivery time, so all I could do was wait and check the website for updates.

Dear Bambu Lab Support,

Dear Bambu Lab Support, I find your latest response unacceptable. Why are you placing the burden of proof on me when Bambu Lab is the seller and the party responsible for delivery? Let me make the following points absolutely clear: 1. The legal responsibility lies with Bambu Lab. Under Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 20 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of delivery remains with the seller until the goods have actually been received by the consumer or an authorised third party. You are responsible for demonstrating that delivery took place. 2. Your Proof of Delivery documents are insufficient. FedEx identifies a recipient named Hussein, whom I do not know and have never authorised to accept my parcel. DHL has provided no verifiable signature or convincing evidence of delivery to me. Neither document establishes that I received my order. 3. Contacting the carriers is not my responsibility. I have already contacted the carriers, who referred me back to Bambu Lab as their contractual customer. Even the Dutch consumer authority, ACM ConsuWijzer, explicitly confirms that the seller must investigate missing deliveries with the carrier, not the consumer. 4. I have already cooperated fully. I submitted the requested police report and non-receipt declaration. I will not continue providing documentation indefinitely while you fail to resolve this matter. This is my final notice. I demand written confirmation that my full refund has been arranged no later than Monday, 26 October 2026. If you fail to comply, I will initiate a chargeback with my payment provider and submit a formal complaint to the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), supported by all correspondence and delivery documents. I also reserve the right to share a factual, documented account of my experience publicly. Bambu Lab sells to consumers in the Netherlands and must respect applicable Dutch and European consumer protection laws. Continuing to shift your responsibilities onto me is unacceptable. I have been patient and cooperative. I am now asking you to take responsibility and resolve this without further delay. Kind regards, Gino Vaas

Poor, poor, poor customer support

Before buying a 3d printer i had spoken to various people about which are good, which are bad. Majority of them said bambu labs was very good and very user friendly. Prior to this I had a creality and liked it but had a problem with it so I had to return it. So fast forward, I purchase a bambu labs x2d. At first it ran really good, I loved it. After about 3 months though, the machine kept giving me filament error codes. From there on headaches upon headaches. The worse is their customer support. The company doesn't have a customer service number so everything is done on line. I do not get a response all day until about 5 am. From there I get probably 1 response a day which makes be believe their somewhere overseas. Then, theres all these other issues. Long story short, its a nice printer until its not. Once it has issues, you mise well just junk it and go buy a new one because good luck getting help on line. After this im going back to creality.
