Material ist great, but Sometimes mit available
Material ist great, but sometimes certain filaments o the combinations with reusable spools are not available. Also, I would like to have some more information for the different filaments, i.e. whether they are compatible with AMS or regarding the mechanical strength. e.g. PLA matte turned out to be less durable than PLA Basic.
Initial setup failed but new one works
Initial setup of p1s printer failed by 100%. 2 weeks discussion with local support and dealer - finally send it back. Buy p2s from another dealer - started and works without any problem - but two weeks to late to fulfil customers expectations.
Filaments of BambuLab are great
Filaments of BambuLab are great. The prices of BambuLab filaments are good, especially when discounts are applied :) However, you should improve packaging of orders - the box I received was cracked badly and it looked like if someone in delivery company just place another piece of packing tape to fix it.

Bambu is awesome
Bambu is awesome! They sell wonderful products that work out of the box. I will complain slightly that you gotta know exactly what you want when you order it. Some products are very new and it took me several weeks to get going when I bought my P2Ss and my H2D. Huge fan! Just get the filament buffer and for the correct printer if you get the P2S

Bambu Lab, for highly recommend printers and merchandise
Bambu Lab have a second to none backup service. Since purchasing their H2S printer, I have had a couple of minor problems and due to my surprise the printer tells me what the problems were, in no time I was printing again. I only use Bambu Labs filament, as I believe I obtain the best prints, I have tried using other manufacturers filaments, but was largely dissatisfied with the results. Thinking of purchasing a printer, well I highly recommend Bambu Lab, you won’t be disappointed.
