I bought a watch band for my iWatch from them and shame on me I bought the smaller size. I wanted to exchange it for the larger band but the company wanted pictures of the band on my wrist. After three back and forth emails, I finally said forget it, keep my money its just not worth the BS. Terrible customer service. I told them I would return the smaller band at my cost but they made jump thru too many hoops. Screw them.
It is a good watch band. It’s comfortable and seems durable and strong.
The pins for the Watch are smaller; I tried replacing the spare one it came with, but it didn't work the same. I had to use the ones from an old bracelet I had.
Good product, packaging, communication and delivery
They shipped me a watch protector without the bottom piece. When I told them the issue, they wanted me to send pictures and videos.
Unreal design and materials, I love it!
Unfortunately I can’t recommend this product. When I received my band it was actually smaller and less masculine than it appears in their advertisements. It’s too thin for the Apple Ultra. I requested a refund but was refused. It would have been appreciated if they had offered to replace band with a more masculine band. But they basically said so sorry YOUR loss.
I bought 2 Apple Watch straps from them and they only delivered one. Asked for proof in either photo or video. I sent the proof they asked for. Still yet to respond. Now they have responded, and are sending the other item. Will update.
Recently purchased a new Skyline strap for my Garmin watch. Really impressed with the high quality materials and finish to this strap. Feles sturdy and well constructed. Rather impressed and very happy with this purchase.
Super comfortable, not so bulky!
I'm not usually a fan of 3rd party watch straps for my Apple Watch Ultra. However I'm more than impressed with the quality of my new purchase from Bandletic. The price was reasonable and the shipping was also quick.
The chat representative was very cooperative & expedient in their response. They let me know my options & there was no pressure as to how I would decide. They credited me & help me find the correct band.
I have bought numerous wallets (ridge, dark oak, ohsnap, ekster) that praise to be the last one I’ll ever need and that has yet to be true…until now! Absolutely love this design! The phone stand/ hand grip, the quick access card slot for my handy multitool and wallet locator card, and lastly the trigger to the side instead of the top that usually interferes with the camera. Love it so much! Such a strong hold. Everything I needed finally fitting into one awesome wallet. I just need to wait for a lavender color now

Don’t buy things from them. I bought their Apple Watch band, and the product feels cheap and looks a lot bulkier than advertised.
