Customer service sucks
I bought a watch band for my iWatch from them and shame on me I bought the smaller size. I wanted to exchange it for the larger band but the company wanted pictures of the band on my wrist. After three back and forth emails, I finally said forget it, keep my money its just not worth the BS. Terrible customer service. I told them I would return the smaller band at my cost but they made jump thru too many hoops. Screw them.
