It appears that the lighting in the images provided made your hair look a bit darker, which may have affected the color match suggestion. We always include a sample weft with your order — so you can check the color, texture, and length before fully committing. Regarding the VAT and delivery fees, we completely understand how frustrating those added costs can be. Unfortunately, those charges are determined by your local customs and shipping carrier. We are happy to accept a return of your extensions as long as they meet our return criteria.
