The most likely explanation is that some of your rewards were available for payout while other rewards were still pending retailer confirmation. Different offers and retailers have different verification timelines, which can result in portions of your balance becoming available at different times. BeFrugal is a U.S.-based Cash Back website, and we do not charge membership fees, subscription fees, or charge customers' credit cards for any reason. The charges you described (£1.99 followed by recurring £29.99 payments) appear to be associated with a UK company called Froogul (froogul.co.uk), which is not affiliated with BeFrugal in any way despite the similarity in name. We kindly ask that you remove this review, as it does not relate to BeFrugal.
