BeFrugal

Hi Ng, We’re sorry for the frustration around this purchase and appreciate you sharing your concerns. After reviewing the order, it appears the purchase itself tracked correctly, which is why the standard Cash Back was initially recorded. However, the separate bonus offer requires that the bonus be activated before shopping in order for the additional reward to apply automatically. While the bonus was not activated prior to the purchase in this case, our team has applied a $4.00 courtesy credit to your account. For future purchases, we recommend activating the bonus offer first to ensure the additional reward is applied properly. If you have any questions or would like assistance with future offers, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. — The BeFrugal Team

Hi Sharon, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your concerns. Our pop-up bonuses and Cash Back offers are legitimate promotions, but like all affiliate-based programs, tracking depends on the retailer properly attributing the visit and purchase. If another extension, coupon source, or browser setting interferes, the retailer may not credit the order to us. If you would like us to review your situation further or provide additional clarification, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. — The BeFrugal Team

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration around the QVC purchase and the experience you had with the follow-up responses. When a retailer reports that a transaction was attributed to another marketing channel, it means their tracking system ultimately credited the sale elsewhere. In those cases, the retailer does not pay us a commission, and we’re unable to issue Cash Back. We understand this can be confusing — especially when you’ve cleared cookies, used the extension, and taken screenshots — but final attribution is determined by the retailer’s tracking system, not by BeFrugal directly. If you’d like us to take another look at the order or provide any additional clarification, please reach out to our Customer Care team at [email protected]. We truly appreciate your positive comments about BeFrugal Rewards and hope we can restore your confidence in our Cash Back program as well. — The BeFrugal Team
