Nice watch
The watch is accurate, well finished and stylish. However the packaging and delivery can improve. The box came with Fitya sticky tape around it. I have high regards for Fitya but it is like receiving an Omega watch in a Tudor box - the brand message is confusing. As for the delivery, the courier just left the box behind the gate even though there was someone in the house. Thankfully it was not raining that day.

The unusual experience
The experience is great because even though a model of my liking ran out of stock, the customer service member have made effort to check if I prefer another model and if im interested to change. I did.

Lively watch. Accurate and has hacking. Mesh bracelet has one minor flaw in one of the chain links, which is annoying, but barely acceptable.
The delivery in Canada really slow.
Goofy customer service
The watch is alright, makes a noise when moving my arm. My biggest complaint is the shitty customer service, as I was promised a date for the watch’s arrival (because I would not be able to receive it past said date), and guess what, it didn’t arrive. Not only did it arrive late, the customer support also ghosted me and did not reply to numerous calls and emails. I received the watch now through my own efforts, which is why this isn’t a one-star review. I didn’t want to give a shite review, but was asked to ☺️ while they still have not replied to my emails.

I had a very good experience with Beijing Watch. Their sales rep responded to all of my inquiries within 24 hours and showed me a video of the product before I purchased it. I bought the refined tourbillion and I’m very happy with the product and service.
