Goofy customer service
The watch is alright, makes a noise when moving my arm. My biggest complaint is the shitty customer service, as I was promised a date for the watch’s arrival (because I would not be able to receive it past said date), and guess what, it didn’t arrive. Not only did it arrive late, the customer support also ghosted me and did not reply to numerous calls and emails. I received the watch now through my own efforts, which is why this isn’t a one-star review. I didn’t want to give a shite review, but was asked to ☺️ while they still have not replied to my emails.
