Where is my order?
It’s been more than a month and I didn’t receive my order (ORDER #BCE018098926). They said it takes max 17 business days... I don’t think it’s true and I really hope I will receive them.

Order #BCE018098368. This is my order id. Its been so long but still neither they have shipped my product nor they are responding me on mail. I have mailed them at least 100 times. Terrible customer service. Please don't buy from them. They are just looting people. They are fake. Please don't waste your money on Bellechloe. They will keep your money and will not fulfill your order.

I ordered three pairs of magnetic lashes during a buy two get one free promotion and only received one even thought they charged me for the price of two. I’ve emailed and tried to get in contact through the website and there is not response. I want my money back.
Worst customer service
Ordered magnetic lashes a month ago and havent received them. I emailed them twice and have had 0 responses. Do not recommend them at all.
Buyer beware
I’m upset to see they are still posting these boots on their website! False advertising at its greatest. This stuff comes from China and they are impossible to work with. Buyer beware!

Been almost 2 months since i ordered boots for as a gift.. (1-21-2019) and it is now (3-14-2019) not happy all.. was wanting to get something unique as a gift.. never shopping from here again.. not happy at all..

My daughter has had to change her credit card because this company has continued to debit her for merchandise that was never received. We filed a fraud complaint with our credit card company. Bellechloe will probably respond to this posting with a phony tracking number to make people believe they are legit. Any time that a company does not have a website listed where you know you can leave a Google review. Watch out.

Horrible experience!!!!! Placed my order December 28th and still have nothing. I emailed them as there’s no number to call and the email came back looking like it was written by a 10 year old. The tracking number they gave me comes from China and isn’t even valid. Fake, fraud! My lawyer will be filing a complaint with the FTC if I don’t have my money back within 2 days.

I'm about ready to get a lawyer for this company I ordered some shoes the day after Christmas haven't received any tracking information any order information nothing the email I received from your company was so poorly written. I thought I was reading from a child's letter I want my boots or I want a refund this company is a disgrace I will never evershop here again

It would be nice if they had a valid tracking number or respond to inquiries. I ordered 95.00 worth of merchandise and I haven't heard anything since. I'm reporting this as fraud. I'll just find similar items.

Don’t Throw Your Money Away!
Worst merchandise ever. Poorest of quality, customer service, and shipping. Purchased a sweater, if you can call it that for a Old Navy price. No packing slip or receipt of any kind., just the poorest constructed excuse for a sweater!Extremely thin. You can see where it will unravel if worn , or laundered. I wish I could attach a photo! My guess is Bellechloe wouldn’t like that. I threw $50 in the garbage with this purchase.
