If I could give this company zero stars I would. My hat arrived damaged due to the shipping box being crushed. They did not offer a replacement without me having to pay for the return shipping. The told me how to remove the create in the brim which also did not work. The hat looks awful with a huge crease in the brim caused by their shipping company. Other options included exchanges but the exchange item would be final sale. That meant I had to still pay for return shipping and I had to accept the risk of possibly getting another damaged item. Not to mention they were in the middle of moving their warehouse so they couldn’t even accept a return right away. Just a very scammy company all around and they don’t hold their shilling company liable for damages. Instead they pass that issue onto the customer.
I really liked this product specifically for the are that I live in. The weather and the sun can be really hot even in this time of year. Like the light weight the accommodations that it has

This company is a scam. The item arrived was poor quality and not at all as pictured, very misleading. The worst part is when I tried to contact customer service their email bounced back. No way to contact them.
It was good on buying. Very easy. But the garment I was looking for, was very difficult to find. I was looking for the jacket that cools. But there is no easy way to find it. You should put a filter for that. Thanks.
Loved the options for the UPF protective clothing. The jacket I chose arrived fairly quickly. The material is great and lightweight. I don’t overheat in it. The color is beautiful. The zipper in the back for a ponytail is genius. It feels like an athleisure jacket where it’s very form fitting.
The company is incrementally offering fabrics and styles that are appealing across the spectrum of ages and gender, not defined to just one population. The increased concern of certain populations towards fabrics that can protect the outer layer of our body (i.e. skin dermis) is in my humble opinion, the primary factor attributed to the success of the company. This helps the company to stand out as one that cares about people’s welfare. Promote this. Countries that foment the welfare of the people are those that will unite to help humanity progress towards a future that benefits us all.

These gloves are exactly what I was looking for. They are light weight, they cover fingers all the way except the tips and they cover just enough of the wrist without going up too much on the arms. And the price is reasonable. I am very happy. Thank you.

I ordered an item which took about 4 weeks to arrive. It wasn't a good fit, and their return process is the most ridiculous than anywhere else I've found. I PAID to return the item, and then they said that since the inner box was torn (though the item was unused in packaging), they will not accept the return. Over 8 emails later, I've got nothing and they have the item I paid for. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. SCAM.
Am happy with my purchases so far, except for one purchase some time ago when I bought a box of panties. I had bought some before from the physical shop and really liked them. However, the ones I bought online were slightly too big.
