Bought a jacket
Bought a jacket, wore 5 times coz it’s not breathable. No wash, no use in rain or anything like that sort. Had discolored and deformed around the collar area and sleeves.

Love Beneunder product
Love Beneunder product! High quality clothing.
Exceptional ease of ordering online as…
Exceptional ease of ordering online as well as delivery. The quality of the products is a constant as the company exceeds in developing materials that meet the outlined detailed performance descriptions. Knowing that a product can meet described temperature, rain, humidity, and sun alleviates the worry of choosing the right product.

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. There are better brands like Oh Sunny with multiple physical stores and equally attractive pieces. They took 6 months to PARTIALLY fulfill an order and that’s after me chasing them. If I didn’t ask for the status of my order it would have just been wasted money. When they finally sent it after SIX MONTHS, only 1/2 pieces were in the parcel. I just can’t with them.
Utter rubbish quality for the price
Utter rubbish quality for the price. You can tell it’s made in China which means you can get the same piece on Taobao for a fraction of the price if you search hard enough. Delays in shipping and poor customer service as well. There are better brands, don’t be fooled by their stylish designs on the webpage.
Return procedure is horrible
The return experience is horrible. It has been two months after purchase, and I still haven't received the refund. The USPS status said that the product has been returned to delivered back to their warehouse. The customer service said that the warehouse didn't receive the item. Therefore, they always try to delay the return. Why not add the return feature online with a button? It is very inconvenient for customers to REQUEST a return through their email communication!!! I want to support Chinese business as an Asian people but what they are doing is ruining the reputation.
Adequate Products, Challenging Support Experience
I purchased a hat and sun umbrella, and the quality was as expected for the price paid. My 2-star rating also reflects what I felt was substandard customer service from Beneunder. The website is confusing and misleading, and the support team were unhelpful throughout the process. Although my issue was eventually resolved after many emails, the overall experience was disappointing.

Website easy to manage and Beneunder is very generous with discounts. Keep it up. I bought quite a few stuff from your shenzhen store as well

GOOD QUALITY
VERY COMFORTABLE AND GOOD QUALITY AT A GOOD PRICE & GOOD DISCOUNT.
Unhelpful customer service, terrible product
I bought the gravity sleep eye mask as there were a few good reviews. I wore it one night and woke up with huge indents on my face that looked like bruises. I expressed my concerns to their customer service and they blamed me for sleeping on my side. The description does not state you must sleep on your back. The product is not fit for purpose and I am very annoyed at how they dismissed my concerns.
The way the package was wrapped
The way the package was wrapped, I scratched the swim pants with the cutter.
