Am I ever going to receive my order???

The first thing you’ve done wrong is ask me for a review BEFORE I’ve even received what I ordered from you over a week ago!! Never sent me any tracking information although I did receive a email few days ago saying that it was shipped and I would be receiving a tracking number. So if and when I ever get my order then i will be able to rate How my experience with you was.

Hi, Mike, Per the email that I sent to you at Mercury Maintenance, according to the Fedex Tracking information, you received the Sloan urinal cartridge kit you ordered on the same day that you wrote this review. We shipped your order the same day that you ordered it, and it arrived in the expected amount of time for the free Ground shipping that you selected. Additionally, we do have a record of sending you the tracking information on the day the shipment went out. You said that you received an email from us, so please look closer at that email and you will find the tracking information there. When we send a request for review, we have to send it in the same amount of time for all customers. That means that the overnight customers have to wait a week for the request and customers that are further away and select Ground Shipping, like you did, might receive it the same day they get the product and in some cases even later. Still, we hear your feedback, and we will add a day to the request so as not to upset people in your situation. I am glad that the product arrived on time and I hope it's working well for you.

Defective Product?

The product arrived on time. However, both parts broke within one day of installation. An internet search revealed that this is a common problem for the manufacturer, (ELKAY). After inspecting all our water fountains, we found that all six were cracked in the exact same manner.

Robert, We tried reaching out to the City of Villa Grove to understand more about your complaint, but we have not heard back from you. We have not experienced this type of breakage on these Elkay drinking fountains before, so it's crucial that we hear from you to understand the issue (even though we are not the manufacturer.) You mention six water fountains having issues, however, we did not sell you any of those fountains. We only sold you two replacement parts used to fix the issue that you are reporting. If the parts that we sold you did not perform properly, then you should call Elkay for a replacement. Given your comments, it's hard to understand if the parts did not perform or if the original drinking fountains you purchased elsewhere had the problems. We would really like to get more information from you and would appreciate a response to the most recent email we sent.
