I spoke to Leonel, and he indicated that the drinking fountain was usable once he pushed some of the components back into place. We add extra padding to this product to make sure it delivers OK, but unfortunately, Fedex was too rough this time. Leonel, I am sorry for the issue here, but glad it was able to work properly in the end. Please let us know if there are any issues going forward.

I spoke to Ryan, who was going to send pictures of the damaged filter bracket so we could send him a new one, and I followed up a few times, but he did not respond. It appears that the bracket was usable as intended. Since these items are difficult to damage, we normally send them in bubble mailers. But after receiving Ryan's feedback, we have changed our policy to ship them in boxes. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
