客服非常棒
Customer service is excellent! Even though the job bid in 2025, I was able to reach out to Peter and get the quote updated as needed. The only drawback was the shipping. Our order got stuck in another state and took 10 days to deliver.

As I recall the rep name is Peter. He was courtesy and prompt with taking my order. He assured me the shipment would go out same day. He spoke with confidence. I believed him. In fact, the order appeared next day, exactly what I ordered. I will recommend Berl's to friends and family.

Very Sturdy Grab Bar!!
Very Sturdy!! Ordered and it arrived the very next morning! This will go across basement stairs to keep homeowner from falling down the stairs. Installed quickly and love that it lifts up, out of the way for passing through.
