我对运费感到惊讶......
令我惊讶的是，由于一个小橡胶配件的增加，运输成本急剧增加。我本想订购更多，但运费几乎是我需要的散装配件的成本。但一切都正是我所订购的，并且适合我需要进行的维修。

Thanks for the feedback. Shipping small items is difficult because the cost of the shipping can often be more than the item itself - especially since we normally use premium services like Fedex and UPS. But if you feel the shipping cost is out of line, please contact us before you purchase and we can take a closer look to make sure the calculations are correct.

Their sales team with Johnny on the spot. As soon as my interest in the bottle filler station was highlighted to them. They immediately reached out to me to facilitate the order and delivery.

So good to hear that everything went well. Thanks for your business!
Simple, easy, fast and affordable!
After searching several other similiar websites I stumbled upon Berls and looked them up and loved the opportunity to support a small business and not a big conglomerate. The products shipped fast and came exactly as advertised. Very pleased and I have ordered through them again since and will continue to.

I love this review! Thanks so much for your business. We know that we give much better service than the big boys, and we also give the same or better pricing, for the same products, but it is still so difficult to compete with them for attention, so we really appreciate your extra effort to buy-small. You are part of an important movement! Thank you! -Chris Berl

网站很好用
Easy to use site, easy to purchase, items have been in stock, show up on time, customer support has been helpful when I had issues with an order (my fault, not theirs), I appreciate the simplicity of transacting with Berl's and appreciate their US support staff with any order issues.

So great! Thanks for the brilliant review and your ongoing business and support. We are in a fight for our lives against the big websites. We know we provide better items and better service, but we have to prove it one customer at a time. Thanks so much!

Update - Improved customer service
Update: The company contacted me after this review and they are refunding the part of the purchase that did not show up with the original order. I didn't receive my full order, so when I contacted customer service asking for a refund for the part of the order I did not receive, they didn't listen and sent a new order out. But I specifically told them multiple times that I no longer needed the item because of all of the delays and just wanted a refund so now I am stuck with something I no longer need because they didn't listen in the first place and just send a refund....
