This happened at a time when severe storms caused a roof collapse at a Fedex facility in Harrisburg, PA. Fedex was showing the package as in-process to Mount Zion Investment in Lancaster, PA, but provided no other information at the time. We were in contact with Karl from Mt. Zion, but did not have too much to tell him. After three days, it was evident that the package was stuck, and we refunded Karl's shipping fee and immediately sent him a new drinking fountain. Even though he left this review as he originally wrote it, Karl was pleased enough that he purchased an additional drinking fountain, which was promptly shipped and received. In the meantime, Fedex finally delivered the original package to Karl, who was kind enough to pay for it, since he could use it on other projects. Unfortunately, sometimes there are forces of nature that are beyond our control. How a company reacts to those events, and takes care of its customers, is what separates the good ones from the not-so-good ones. I like to think we handled this well, however I also think we could have done a better job with communication. Karl was quite nice and understanding when I spoke to him on the phone. Thank you Karl!
