Incorrect fans supplied despite specific compatibility checks
I am disappointed with my recent purchase from BIT2MINER.
I ordered replacement fans for three different Avalon PSU models: 3400-04, 3500-01 and 3500-03.
The fans for the 3400-04 and 3500-01 were tested and work correctly.
However, the 10 fans supplied for the 3500-03 have incorrect connectors and cannot even be installed. They have the same connectors as the 3500-01 fans, which are not compatible with the 3500-03 PSU.
Before placing my order, I specifically asked the company to carefully verify EVERYTHING, including full compatibility with each PSU model.
Despite my explicit request, I received 10 unusable fans.
I have contacted the company and provided photos and videos demonstrating the problem. I am currently waiting for a solution.
I hope BIT2MINER takes responsibility and sends the correct replacement fans at no additional cost.
I will update my review depending on how the company handles this situation.

First transaction went well fast shipping. Weng’s customer service is great, he took time to explain shipping, fees etc to the best of his ability. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge on the subject. Product was exactly as described. Waiting on a second order currently, some shipping delay with the second order but he has still kept in contact with me.
Ordered an Avalon Q. I wanted to use Paypal however Weng explained they had reached the monthly Paypal quota. I ended up paying with USDT and it arrived in 6 days from Hong Kong to Australia. Very happy with the service and communication. Appreciated receiving a picture of my miner with SN and DHL label before shipment. Will use these guys again, cheers
