Excellent company!!! I’ve made 3 purchases from here so far. First purchase (Sept 2022) was about a dozen ASIC fans and I used PayPal for this purchase. Weng worked with me to find the exact fans I needed for my machines. Second purchase (Oct 2022) was about 3 dozen ASIC fans and I used PayPal again. Fans were shipped promptly and are of high end quality just like the first order. My most recent purchase (May 2023) was for 2 control boards. This time I used LTC for payment and it was actually the first purchase I’ve ever made using crypto. No problems at all.
Weng and his team respond very quickly. I honestly have to say, it is probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from any company. You can tell that they care about their business and their customers, and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Honestly i am maybe the most human that has issues with asic miners, i have been ripped of many times before online. But im glad i found this company trustworthy and fast shipping trust is not easy these days and mostly with crypto but these guys are trust worthy till now

I sent 2 ashboards to this company to be repaired.
They couldn´t fix it but offer me the possibility to buy a repaired one for 500 usd. I accept .
by the fact the companys was closed on Shezeng (China) I had to pay extra 300 usd for transport.So,I had to pay 800 usd.
When I´ve received the board it was not working at all. They told me couldn´t use remote desktop (I wonder why) I had to make lots of tests filming it send the recorded film to them wait for a response . This took several days. However the most important test was to replace the repaired board in place of a working perfectly board and still not working.
After spent lots of time doing nonsense tests they ask me to screw the 4 screws to hold the cover to the main chassis.
So , this make me crazy and I made up my mind these guys was just finding an excuse to justify a faulty board they sold me for 500 + 300 usdollars.
So I´ve paid another 150 usd and send the board back to China.
As predictable they received the board and say it is working.
I´m asking my 500 USD at least lose 450 usd instead of 950 usd I spent .
A professional company will give me the monie straight away and ask me sorry.
They are offering me to wait until they sold the (Faulty) board to another stupid costumer to give me the monie back

You are not the person that can honor the deal!!!
We charged the repair fee $500 for the changing of the A10 pro base board and one small module on this April/2020. We have sent the test video before shipped back to you, it proved running in normal already. When you claimed the board was not functioning when received it, you ignored our request to work with us to test whether it’s functioning or anything going wrong, and also not capable to setup the remote connection link for our technician to do the checking! you insisted to send back and we agreed with that and hoped to settle it soonest, and we have stated it would be still under our warranty and we would take care of it and ship back at our cost after check/fix it. When we tested this board when received it, it’s running in our device which you can see your board clearly running in this test video!!! We have wrote to you that we asked our technician to check further if there is the compatible issue and will make sure it will be functioning 100% in your device when ship back to you, but you ignore this and just request to get the refund, I suspect that due to the market price crushed now and you want to get your investment back soon. you are not serious on this and not cooperated to work through with us to settle this matter! And you just request to get the refund and do not respect the deal, people should be responsible on their decision making and honor on the deal!!!
