Catastrofic miner ashboard repair
I sent 2 ashboards to this company to be repaired. They couldn´t fix it but offer me the possibility to buy a repaired one for 500 usd. I accept . by the fact the companys was closed on Shezeng (China) I had to pay extra 300 usd for transport.So,I had to pay 800 usd. When I´ve received the board it was not working at all. They told me couldn´t use remote desktop (I wonder why) I had to make lots of tests filming it send the recorded film to them wait for a response . This took several days. However the most important test was to replace the repaired board in place of a working perfectly board and still not working. After spent lots of time doing nonsense tests they ask me to screw the 4 screws to hold the cover to the main chassis. So , this make me crazy and I made up my mind these guys was just finding an excuse to justify a faulty board they sold me for 500 + 300 usdollars. So I´ve paid another 150 usd and send the board back to China. As predictable they received the board and say it is working. I´m asking my 500 USD at least lose 450 usd instead of 950 usd I spent . A professional company will give me the monie straight away and ask me sorry. They are offering me to wait until they sold the (Faulty) board to another stupid costumer to give me the monie back
