No Help on ordering issues
I purchased a L3+ on pre-order for a July 2017 delivery. I paid immediately with a USD Wire Transfer from my US based bank. It's been 18 days and there is no acknowledgment of receipt by this company. They also marked my order "unpaid expired" on their website. I have made no less than 8 attempts to resolve the issues and all I get are ridiculous computer generated responses. I emailed them a copy of my bank's proof of the wire transfer as well. Now they have $1400.00 of my money and I have no mining rig. They appear to have stolen my money. Very frustrating. terrible company to deal with.
i received email that one of there …
i received email that one of there products was back in stock. I made bank a $3000 bank wire transfer that same day to china. 3 days later my order became expired and looks like im going to lose my money. BEWARE! ONCE YOU DO A WIRE TRANSFER THE MONEY IS GONE!
Their products are sold out...
Actually the complaint I have is that on their website the service to the consumer is null, oddly almost all of their products are sold out but you can buy it on Amazon twice as expensive . It all seems quite strange to me.
